Prepare for a new season

Review contracts first, then the squads after promotion.

Inbox → Contracts → Squad

  1. Before rollover, read the season notice and renew the expiring players you want to keep.
  2. After rollover, review every category. Expired contracts and age promotions change your squads.
  3. Use the preparation window to bring squads within their limits, going by the deadlines the game shows rather than counting days yourself. Review any move, sale or release before confirming it.
  4. Revisit lineups and individual development goals before the first fixtures.

All categories have been reviewed, squad warnings are addressed and your new-season plans are saved.

Do not leave excess players until the enforcement deadline. A release you choose can be irreversible and can carry a cost.
